- Raising awareness on household air pollution and effects on health
- Knowledge exchange on relevance of household air pollution for ambient air pollution and climate change
- Knowledge exchange on possible solutions for reducing household air pollution and lessons learned
- Develop a mutual understanding of the scope and objectives of researchers and practitioners in the field of cooking and lighting to address both cooking and lighting uses of fuel wood.
